• Account data — email address and profile information when you create an account or sign in with Google.
• Photos you upload — images you provide to generate AI portraits. These are processed immediately and not stored longer than necessary.
• Order data — name, shipping address, and payment details when you place an order. Payment card data is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
• Usage data — pages visited, styles selected, generations performed, and general interaction with the site, collected via server logs and analytics.
• Device & technical data — IP address, browser type, and operating system for security and rate-limiting purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the AI portrait generation service.
• To process and fulfil your orders, including print-on-demand fulfilment via Gelato.
• To send order confirmations and support communications.
• To improve our models, prompts, and service quality.
• To prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, and maintain security.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your photos to train AI models without explicit consent, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following processors, each bound by their own privacy commitments:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Cloudflare R2 — image storage.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Gelato — print-on-demand fulfilment and shipping.
• Google (Vertex AI / Gemini) — AI image generation and photo analysis.
• Replicate — AI model inference.
• Vercel — website hosting and edge delivery.

5. Photo Retention

Photos you upload are used solely to generate your portrait. Original uploaded photos are deleted after generation is complete. Generated portrait images are stored securely and are accessible to you via your account. If you delete your account, your portrait data is deleted within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to manage your session and authentication. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how TailyArt is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

7. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

As a UK resident, you have the right to:
